Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Units release management lifecycle, which involves scheduling the release, coordinating between R&D teams, and managing the release's deployment scheduling.
Lead the Cyber QA team in both content and infrastructure testing and be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analysis, and defining corrective actions for the Cyber exercises, automation, and uni-testing.
Work alongside the Product and R&D teams to ensure content deliverables, including hands-on and theoretical units, infrastructure, and networks.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of practical experience in a QA team as part of an R&D department.
Practical experience as a responsible factor in a version release process.
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
Experience as a Tech Leader/Team Leader in the QA field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and SW development lifecycle and building release plans Advantage.
Experience with Infrastructure (Cloud/OnPrem) and networking - Advantage
