we are looking for a Go Software Engineering team lead to join our team. As a Go Software Engineering team lead, you'll oversee the development and maintenance of Embedded software solutions for our cutting-edge communication product sold globally, while managing a team of skilled engineers and collaborating with cross-functional departments. Key responsibilities:
* Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of Go software engineers.
* Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team performance.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Technical Direction:
* Guide the architecture and design of complex software systems.
* Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through code reviews and best practices.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Project Management:
* Coordinate with product management to define project scope and deliverables.
* Manage project risks and resolve technical challenges.
* Report on project status to senior management.
* system Development:
* Oversee the development of:
* data collection & management systems.
* Telemetry data streaming mechanisms.
* Remote network operations using gRPC-based gNOI.
* system integration with Linux OS for multithreading and data access.
* Team Leadership:

* Strong background in C / C ++ for low-level system interactions.
* Networking knowledge:
* Comprehensive understanding of gRPC/gNMI, gNOI, and related protocols.
* Familiarity with YANG models and OpenConfig standards.
* Software architecture:
* Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale software systems.
* Expert knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming on Linux.
* Experience with Big Data technologies and distributed systems.
* system integration:
* Advanced knowledge of Linux OS, including system optimization and performance tuning. Leadership and soft skills:
* Strong team management and mentoring abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to lead in a multi-national, collaborative environment.
* Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Educational and experience requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience.
* At least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
