About the Role

We’re hiring an Operations Team Leader – Performance Marketing to manage our paid media activity across platforms like Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Native.

This role combines hands-on campaign execution with building the processes that keep things running at scale.

What You’ll Do

Lead high-scale, multi-market paid campaigns across multiple brands.
Work closely with Media Buyers, Product, and R&D teams to align goals and optimize performance.
Handle technical setup: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, API integrations, attribution tools (Voluum, Everflow, HasOffers, etc.).
Track and deliver KPIs and OKRs across business units.
Run A/B tests and experiments to boost performance.
Use automation tools to scale and reduce manual work.
Be a key player in a small, high-performing team (currently 3 people), providing both support and strategic direction.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
Leadership experience – managed at least 2 team members.
Strong English communication skills.
Deep knowledge of Google, Microsoft, Meta & Native Ads platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Voluum, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker.
Tech-savvy mindset – experience with AI tools (e.g. Make.com, n8n).
Strong data skills – confident in analyzing and optimizing performance.
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and task ownership.
Background in Affiliate or Comparison Marketing – a big plus.
Highly organized, process-driven, and obsessed with OKRs, systems, and dashboards.
