Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for health and fitness. This role is crucial in ensuring our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Handle membership inquiries and sign-ups, providing detailed information about our programs and services
Manage check-ins and ensure accurate record-keeping of member attendance
Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Assist with scheduling classes, personal training sessions, and other gym activities
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed
Address member concerns and provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues promptly
Promote and sell gym merchandise and membership packages.
