Engineering Knowledge Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for the Engineering Knowledge Management administration in the organization alongside the engineering and quality departments.
You will also provide ongoing support of the PLM system for all the departments in the organization globally.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
This position covers two major responsibilities - Engineering Knowledge Administration & PLM support and one minor activity - Drawing & Design.
The basic activity is first and foremost engineering knowledge management and support for the department's additional activities such as PLM & PM's systems.
Engineering Knowledge Administration Downloading and documentation of drawing and 3D files from the company's customers.
Documentation and control of the CAD files in the Design department. Release of P/N's process control.
ECO (Engineering Change) process control.
Distribution of drawings and 3D files in the organization and to customers from the RFQ stage.
PLM Administrator Supporting ongoing activities.
Providing solutions to problems.
Providing support in data conversion.
User training as needed.
