Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver creative digital design projects from start to finish to support the full range of the marketing team needs, including web pages, email campaigns, social media ads.
* Translate requirements into concepts and design.
* Ensure quality in all aspects of creative execution.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, concept and design content.
* Drive excellence in quality, design, layout, color, typography and brand consistency.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (Graphic Design or a similar area of study is preferred)
* A thorough understanding of designing for digital platforms and expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple projects with creativity and flexibility
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
* Passion and knowledge in sports Big Advantage.
