AudioCodes is a leading vendor of advanced communications software, products and productivity solutions for the digital workplace. We are a dynamic engineering department that designs and develops cloud-based, SaaS enterprise solution enabling to capture, organize and share meeting content.

We are seeking a Controller to join the finance team who is passionate about investigating and learning and is happy to think outside the box, going beyond the immediate job description.

Job Summary

As the Controlleror, you will oversee financial activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be reviewing risk and providing pragmatic solutions. Ensuring the preparation and presentation of clear and accurate financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial and statutory standards.

Your challenge

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings, including account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries.

Establish and maintain a structured and efficient financial system, ensuring streamlined processes, accurate records, and robust controls to support business operations effectively.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Oversee accounting operations, including AR, Revenue Recognition, monthly tax reporting, etc.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.

Requirements

CPA with an Internship in one of the Big 4;
Proven experience (4 years) in a finance role.
Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to US GAAP.
Multi-tasking, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and striving well in a dynamic work environment.
Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
Ability to drive results-driven processes and be willing to make an impact.
Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
A highly committed team player with the ability to work independently
English - High level (written and spoken).
