We are developing a pioneering eRAG (Enterprise Retrieval Augmented Generation), a technology that aims to enable LLMs to query structured enterprise data with human-level accuracy.

This position is full time, hybrid, in our offices in Herzliya.
Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in leading an exciting Generative AI innovation project.
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of data platform solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project milestones.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions to meet business objectives.
Architect and develop data platform solutions that support large-scale data processing, storage, and analytics.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging Generative AI technologies and trends in networking and data platforms, and make recommendations for adoption.

3+ years of experience as a R&D Team Leader or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
Experience in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms (e.g., distributed databases, big data technologies).
Experience in developing SaaS products and solutions.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), microservices architecture and API design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advantage:
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD automation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with generative AI development frameworks, such as: langchain or llamaindex.
Experience with vector databases (milvus, pinecone) and embeddings.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
