Office Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that day-to-day activities run efficiently, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Role Responsibilities
1. Administrative:
Provide administrative support to executive team members, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Manage Export-Import activities.
Handle HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, employee records management, and coordination of company events.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing.
1. Finance and Budget Management:
Assist with budget planning and monitoring, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
1. Office Operations Management:
Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facility management, vendor relationships, and office supplies procurement.
