As a Product Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer experience of drivers using our AI dash cams and connected services. This position involves creating new value through edge AI, gamification, and safety-focused features. You will own the product experience and backlog from conception to delivery, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Visionary & Strategist: Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for enhancing the consumer experience, aligning with company goals
Lifecycle Manager & Innovator: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideating innovative features to executing development and rollout
Pioneer of Cutting-edge Functionality: Build groundbreaking functionalities that deliver exceptional value to users, leveraging edgeAI and genAI cutting edge tech, and harnessing gamification and behavioural psychology
Data-driven Enhancements: Utilize data analytics, customer interviews, and support content to dive deep into user trends and behaviours, translating insights into actionable product enhancements
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product outcomes

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager of consumer products & services
Strong understanding of lean product development methodologies.
Ability to form strong, substantiated opinions and use data and insights to convince fellow team members.
Hands-on experience with AI technologies and an ability to understand and leverage new advancements in the field.
Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with diving into data to extract insights.
Profess obsessively the scientific method, utilising experimentation, instrumentation and A/B testing in everything you do
Ability to listen and change your opinion when presented with new data or insights.
People skills & traits

Demonstrated ability to apply behavioural psychology and gamification effectively in consumer products.
A natural curiosity about user behaviour and a relentless drive to understand and meet consumer needs.
