We are currently looking for a full-time Finance Collection and Operation Specialist to join our finance team in our Tel Aviv site.

Responsibilities:
Support and interact with both customers and interfaces within the company
Manage and monitor the collection status
Undertake special projects and ad hoc reports as needed/requested
In charge of monthly revenue reports
Email response to customers
Follow-up on overdue debts
Recording and detailing payments from customers
Interacting with customers online platforms
Maintaining collection report sheets.

English at a very high level, reading & writing - a must!
Knowledge in Excel a must!
Experience in collection or customer service an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and precision
Being reliable and trustworthy in the execution of responsibilities
Energetic and curious individual who is fast and eager to learn new things, embraces
challenges, and is looking to be part of company.
