Our team is growing and as were re-building our core financial platform were looking for a talented team leader to join us.
The Team Lead will be responsible for helping to craft the future of our service from the financial rails perspective. Were using state-of-the-art technology to build our financial foundation for the next decade.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
You will lead a squad that is responsible for shaping, designing, and building our payment foundation
Be the direct manager of the engineers on the team
Be the Owner of the team execution, delivery, and quality
Work closely with the PM to create the squads roadmap, plans, goals, and measurements
collaborate with cross-functional teams, member experience, and operations to help develop a seamless experience for our customers.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on dev experience
Experience in building and maintaining products end-to-end - from ideation to production, including technical research, deployment, and monitoring
Experience with API design
Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects
Experience in the online payments domain and high-availability systems - an advantage
