Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and packaging design. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, especially in the cosmetics industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
