Senior Product Manager (5232)

Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager with experience on the telecom field Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and prioritize product initiatives in line with company goals and product vision.
Be the voice of the customer: build relationships, understand their needs, and integrate their feedback into product development.
Conduct market and technology research to leverage trends into product offerings.
Develop clear and compelling product requirements for new features and enhancements, considering business justification, technical feasibility, and operational impact.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning through development and testing to production.
Collaborate with development and field delivery teams to deliver customer value.
Act as the product evangelist, providing support to sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams.
Required Background:
5-10 years of experience in telco domain product management, specifically for MNOs.
Experience with wireless technologies (O-RAN, vRAN, NR, LTE) is a plus.
Experience in designing and delivering AI-driven products is advantageous.
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
Solid technical background with prior experience in engineering (software or systems) roles.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
