We are seeking a seasoned Intelligence Analyst to join our Services team within the Customer Success group.
Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs and help configure their environments on our advanced CTI platform.
* Assist customers in fine-tuning and optimizing their intelligence workflows.
* Investigate underground sources, threat actors, and cyber incidents.
* Identify and deliver potential risks posed to our customers.
* Work closely with customers (sometimes face-to-face) to train, assist, and support them in using our platform and with their varied use cases,

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of expertise in intelligence analysis, specifically WEBINT / OSINT (including military experience).
* Excellent and proven analytical and report-writing skills.
* A proactive, team player with the ability to multi-task.
* Experience in project management, including working with other teams or functions.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Native Hebrew speaker.
Advantages
* Deep understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), the cybercrime world, and underground sources.
* Proficiency in additional languages.
* Customer-facing background.
* Experience with Python / Elastic Search / Kibana.
* At least 2 years of expertise in intelligence analysis, specifically WEBINT / OSINT (including military experience).
* Excellent and proven analytical and report-writing skills.
* A proactive, team player with the ability to multi-task.
* Experience in project management, including working with other teams or functions.
