A Software company in Petach Tikwa, is seeking a technically proficient and visionary Project Manager to lead an innovative and comprehensive Observability and Monitoring project.
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a strategic initiative that will impact all layers of the products.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead a comprehensive Observability project for approximately 50 products across all layers ( system, network, development, etc.).
system Implementation: Launch the data collection system with a dedicated development team.
Metrics and Thresholds: Define metrics, thresholds, SLAs, and alerts for each product.
Documentation: Create general description documents and flowcharts for each product, including network, system, and application component flows, with the help of analysts.
Issue Resolution: Ensure product development teams address any issues identified.

Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
system Design: Experience in defining monitoring systems, including metrics and thresholds.
UI / UX Design: Ability to design effective user interfaces for analysts and Real-Time monitoring screens.
Team Coordination: Strong skills in coordinating work across multiple development teams and managing analysts.
Team Structure:
Development Team: A team leader and two dedicated developers, along with a part-time DBA.
Analyst Support: A talented analyst familiar with product lines.
Stage-by-Stage Work: Implement the project in stages, prioritizing essential tasks.
Creative Monitoring Solutions: Develop innovative monitoring mechanisms to measure and identify problems.
