We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer.
You will design, plan and drive the implementation of segmentation projects, using the Guardicore Micro Segmentation product. You will work closely with customers to manage segmentation projects, provide creative solutions, and develop successful implementations.
In this role you will be:
Leading the planning, installation, and integration of the Guardicore product in various IT environments.
Engaging with customers throughout the project lifecycle, including project management, architecture design, installation, configuration, and documentation.
Deploying and implementing network segmentation policies using our state-of-the-art segmentation platform.
Providing advanced professional services such as customizations, training, expansions, configurations, and optimizations.
Collaborating closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer post-sales satisfaction.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience working with global customers in a Professional Services role.
Have hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software or networking equipment.
Demonstrate deep knowledge in Networking, Network Security (Firewalls), and Operating System software.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with remote/global teams.
Have experience with Network or Endpoint security platforms, Administration of VMware & Public Clouds, Scripting, and Configuration management platforms.
Have the ability to write and speak in English fluently, as well as experience presenting to customers.
Be willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs (up to twice a week on customer sites).
6+ years of experience working with global customers in a Professional Services role.
