As a Product Solution Team leader, youll play a critical role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they meet customer needs throughout their lifecycle.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success. If youre a strategic thinker, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to hear from you!
you will:
Team leadership and process establishment - Build and lead a team of three individuals, establish efficient work processes
Customer lifecycle management - Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption, collaborate with sales and customer success teams
Product customer execution - Empower and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals, define product requirements, work closely with engineering team
Collaboration across functions
Risk mitigation and issue resolution
Continuous learning and adaptation - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
5+ years in product management, preferably in software companies. Part of that, managing people
Academic: BS in computer science, engineering, or other related degree
Knowledge with complex systems including correlations of identifiers in big data, behavioral analysis and ML/LLM algorithm
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders
Familiar with the intelligence / security / cyber domain - big advantage
Traveling: willing to travel 20% of the time.
