* Responsible for providing Technical Support for the entire company.
* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
* Maintain the IT equipment inventory.
* Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, network equipment, and firewalls.
* Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for all the company employees.
* Prepare and install new employees computers.
* Maintain & troubleshoot network equipment Switch, Router, FW
* Ongoing communication with various suppliers and service providers

Requirements:
* 5+ years experience as system administrator Hands-on experience with:
* Networking and TCP/IP (LAN/WAN, routing and switching)- MUST.
* Windows (MUST) and Linux servers (MUST)
* Security and cyber-infrastructures: firewalls, IP/sec. AV/EDR
* Cloud Infrastructures: Azure/office 365/Intune/MDM/SAAS
* Microsoft Infrastructures: AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO
* Microsoft cloud Infrastructures: Azure/365
* Windows 10/11
* Virtualization and VMware
* Excellent troubleshooting skills in hardware and software issues.
* Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell (Advantage) Personal skills:
* Great human relations service-oriented
* Credibility, accountability, accuracy
* Team player
* Excellent English
