Whats the job?
The App and Integration Developer is part of our Applications and Integrations group. The group is globally responsible for all cross organizational integrations and developments needed in the company, ensuring continued delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions to meet the business needs.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between various systems using low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and others.
You will play a crucial role in streamlining data flows and automating processes, ultimately contributing to improved efficiency and productivity across the organization.
You will independently perform development, testing, integration, implementation, support and documentation tasks relating to the different business applications.
Develop and implement cross organizational solutions using MS Power Platform and other low code applications and automation tools, according to development best practices and project management processes.
Develop data integrations using tools of high-throughput data streaming.
Develop automated solutions for manual and/or inefficient processes and procedures with the organization.
Daily administration, maintenance and support for existing applications, procedures and processes.
Work with business owners to understand the project scope, design and development requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot for the different developments and integration.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - DevOps, Cyber, Data, IT and other departments.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
3+ years of experience with integration development platforms, preferably with Microsoft Power Platform or other equivalent iPaaS.
Experience working with integration technologies (REST APIs, web services, etc.)
Experience testing integrations and exploring new APIs documentations with tools such as Postman.
Experience working with Enterprise grade level information systems such as ERP, CRM or HRIS.
Experience working with relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL (Relevant experience in writing queries).
Familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments, preferably GCP or Azure.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal as well as external cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Self-directed learner with a proven track record of mastering new skills and technologies.
High proficiency in spoken and written English
Not a must but a great advantage:
Experience with Azure Eco-System and using Azure services such as - Logic Apps, Functions, Automations, Cognitive Services, Co-Pilot, Azure Blob.
Familiarity with ETL processes, Airflow and Terraform.
Software development experience.
Familiarity with enterprise low-code platforms such as OutSystems or other equivalent.
Knowledge in QA processes and test methodologies
Experience working according to scrum and agile software development methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent.
