About The Role: As a data Science team leader, you will lead our ambitious Machine Learning and AI initiatives. This role involves leading a strong team of data scientists & ML engineers, focusing on impactful and continuous delivery that directly ties Machine Learning models to business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the full lifecycle of Machine Learning and AI projects, from ideation through execution, ensuring they align with business objectives.
* Mentoring team members, and establishing best practices and efficient processes.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of machine-learning models, balancing immediate needs with long-term innovative projects to maximize business impact.
* Analyze a wide array of data inputs to identify opportunities that align with company goals, transforming complex business and product challenges into actionable data science initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive multiple, concurrent projects to successful completion.

* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, Machine Learning, and AI, preferably in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment.
* At least 3 years of experience managing a data science team, with a proven track record in a similar growth-oriented company.
* Hands-on proven track experience in designing and building solutions on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Hands-on experience with platforms or services such as Qwak, Databricks, Sagemaker, Vertex AI (Advantage).
* Experience working with data Lakes, In-Memory, Graph & Vector DBs (Advantage).
* Advanced degree in data Science, Physics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python, with extensive experience in crafting optimized data processing and Machine Learning pipelines.
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen and a team-oriented approach.
