No-Code AI Specialist

Nayax is seeking a No-Code AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing no-code AI solutions to solve complex business problems and drive our company's strategic initiatives.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

End-to-End Automation: Take full responsibility for automating Nayax business flows (e.g., onboarding, chargeback, support, billing) using no-code platforms.
AI-Driven Solutions: Design, develop, and automate business procedures, incorporating AI-driven solutions.
Integration and Deployment: Lead the integration and deployment of AI tools to enhance business processes.
Innovation: Challenge existing workflows to find new efficiencies and improve outcomes.
Resource Optimization: Optimize resource utilization to meet plan commitments (cost, time).
Collaboration: Work effectively with Business Operations, Support, R&D, IT, and Sales to manage effective business flows.
Knowledge Center: Serve as the company's knowledge center for both no-code solutions and AI technologies, providing alternatives to traditional development.
Process Improvement: Assess and improve existing non-core processes, suggesting efficient, cost-effective AI and no-code tools and improvements.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Previous experience working with no-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Workato, Glide, Bubble, Adalo).
Proficiency in AI tools and techniques.
Strong understanding of business flow.
Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and no-code platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

ADVANTAGES:
