We are seeking a Sales Support / Presale specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in managing the Presale process, serving as a link between our customers and sales engineers.
The ideal candidate will facilitate the journey from initial customer engagement to the order stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of communication and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

*Generating and issuing price quotation to customers.
*Offering comprehensive support to our Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle.
*Conducting thorough assessments to understand and clarify customer needs, collaborating closely with the responsible sales engineer.
*Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
*Upholding business interests in all dealings with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:
Proficiency in using Priority ERP software.
A solid understanding of the B2B market dynamics.
Prior experience in customer service and procurement roles.
Proficiency in understanding and applying pricing strategies and sales principles.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Sales acumen coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
Strong ability to work systematically and as part of a team.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to details.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English, with excellent writing abilities in both Hebrew and English.
A quick learner, open to acquiring new skills.
