Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our growing Finance team. As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the payroll process of the company and its subsidiaries.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
* Manage and prepare the entire Israeli payroll process (hourly and global employees).
* Manage attendance process – vacation, sick leave, military reserve, etc.
* Handling onboarding and terminations of employees.
* Manage pensions, employee benefits, and interaction with the insurance agency.
* Assist and monitor the preparation of global entities’ monthly payroll process.
* Work with the Company’s ESOP advisors
* Work closely with the HR team about payroll & attendance matters
* Act as the focal point for employees’ payroll-related queries.
* Alert and report to the management on potential exposures
