We are a fast growing company with an innovative product of battery technology with a big vision for changing the face of energy and electric mobility.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery
Lead the design of units for feasibility testing, up to production-level units
Optimization of production methods of our 3D collectors
Participate in planning process optimization and production scaling-up
Ensure effective coordination within the project teams and with other groups in R&D and Operations
Identify and address potential project risks proactively.
Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost-control measures as needed
Collaboration with production and design subcontractors as needed

Requirements:
Engineering degree such as Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry etc.
At least 5 years of experience in project management and leading
multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development in a commercial environment.
Experience in the Process Industry - an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Experience in bringing products to production-level and scaling up
Engineering degree such as Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry etc.
At least 5 years of experience in project management and leading
multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development in a commercial environment.
Experience in the Process Industry - an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
