Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
* Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the necessary requirements
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
* Coordinate with the recruiting team to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions
* Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract top talent
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
