Business Analyst Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced business analyst team lead from the gaming industry, with an ambitious spirit and passion who will be responsible for handling Supersonic hybrid games to build and publish chart-breaking games. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on the strategy of Casual and hybrid games while delivering great mobile games to millions of users around the world. To succeed in this role, you have to be a game player, a data master, and a mentor. You need to be a team player, but also someone who can define and execute tasks in a proactive way, and possess excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing
Lead a team of business analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to player engagement, in-game monetization and features. You will mentor and guide the team, but also be hands on
Design the game's data strategy and dashboards, facilitate understanding of key business metrics and players experience
Work closely with the product, business, design and technology teams to create synergy and prioritize tasks that will lead to improvements in monetization and retention
Analyzing large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economy, and future product roadmap
