Lead architectural, design and implementation aspects of our migration and modernization tools.
Build outlook, roadmap, and planning for the domain and collaborate with different teams and roles to drive it.
Work closely with customers/partners all around the world to understand requirements and to support their usage of our products.
Drive innovation using Google Cloud and AI technologies to build our next generation tools and features.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience with OS internals (e.g., Linux), Java frameworks, networks, on-premise and cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, public clouds).

Preferred qualifications:
Masters degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
Experience with AI technologies.
