As the E-commerce Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving company progression into the e-commerce landscape (non food).
This position requires an adept understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, an ability to analyze customer behavior and market trends, and a knack for tailoring these insights to the unique dynamics of the Israeli market.
Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating the company through this exciting expansion, marking a significant milestone in our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ecommerce verticals with a focus on fashion & general merchandise, emphasizing online user behavior, acquisition techniques, and retargeting of new and existing users.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities, using these insights to drive effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
* Manage and optimize online marketing channels, prioritizing metrics and performance analysis to adjust strategies as needed.
* Continuously enhance the customer journey on the company platform through A/B testing and user feedback, aiming to improve User Experience and conversion rates.

* A proven track record in developing and executing successful Ecommerce marketing activity.
* Strong analytical skills and a data -driven mindset, experienced in using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
