* Supervises and leads a field service engineer for the management and successful execution of the company's experiments and projects.
* Managing the pipeline between our customers and the company, proactively identifying business opportunities within existing projects, initiating business solutions for customers and then escalating to account managers for execution.
* Lead and manage large-scale demo systems for potential deals or capabilities featuring both pre-sales and post-sales demo system deployments.
* Provide after-sales support including system delivery, installation, Training and Implementation.
* Development and implementation of service strategies and policies by ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Definition of product requirements and cutting edge improvements in command and control functionality.
* Involved in strategic planning and collaboration with all departments.
* Managing adaptation of projects to different platforms

Requirements:
* BS. C in relevant engineering field
* 3+ proven experience in a similar position
* Familiarity with radar systems - a major advantage
* Previous experience in the defense industry - an advantage
* Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
