Purchasing Coordinator

We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to support the procurement department activities. Responsibilities:
 
* Execution of operational elements including order writing, PO management, pricing activities, etc.
* Control and monitor the delivery of orders in accordance with the required delivery dates.
* Assist in locating relevant suppliers for RM& services when needed
* Pull all documentation and send out quote requests to suppliers.
* Review all delivery issues and take appropriate corrective action to avoid schedule impact.
* Manage any supplier issues including but not limited to service receipt, payment report, and invoice discrepancies.
* Ensure that any disruptions in quality, delivery, or cost are addressed quickly
* Escalate supplier-related issues in a prompt manner.
* Help resolve issues and answer questions from other employees.
* Develop and leverage cross-functional relationships (Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Marketing, etc.)
* Report supplier KPIs for good receipts and service quality
* Additional duties as assigned.
