Join as a UI / UX Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences. As the primary advocate for users, you'll create intuitive user interfaces, define user personas, and craft seamless user flows. Requirements:
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate product vision from start to finish by using techniques like researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows and mockups.
* Become familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end User Experience of Beamr Cloud and JPEGmini.
* Work closely with PMs and other team members to make the experience of Beamr's products truly amazing!
* Talk with customers and define personas.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations and actively lead efforts to promote solutions.
* Create intuitive, cohesive look & feel designs for new features. Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in UI / UX design
* Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
* Positive and "Can do" attitude, with great social skills and an excellent team player.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick decision-making within tight schedules without sacrificing quality
* Attention to the smallest of details.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
