A company in the field of renewable energies requires a chief of staff to work closely with the European team as a direct support to Europe GM. The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in advising the Europe GM, optimizing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration throughout the firm.
Oversee strategic business initiatives: project acquisitions, partnerships, JVs and M A, project development and revenue management.
Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and GM regarding project updates, proposals, and planning, company climate and employee well-being.
Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies on special projects.
Organize and support project hand over process between departments.

Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in a business management role in a global company a must!
Experience in a COS role a significant advantage.
Bachelors degree in business administration or similar field.
Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Experience in data analysis and budget management.
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management.
Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
English at mother tongue level a must!
