VLSI Test and Product Engineering

As part of our VLSI Product and Test group, youll support the development of VLSI products.
In the position you will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools. You will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product.
Together, you and your team will enable our customers to do all the things they love with their devices.

The position will have responsibility for developing programs for characterization, production test, test hardware, and maintaining cross product libraries and tools.
The candidate will work with both the manufacturing team and the design team to develop the product.
The position requires someone with experience in the semiconductor model with a broad knowledge covering the full manufacturing space including fab, test, and packaging. Candidate should have a good understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT and statistics.
Background in product characterization, mixed signal test, production test programs, test hardware and manufacturing test support is required. Background in yield improvement, silicon debug, signal integrity, and statistics are beneficial.
You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.
