We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead a high-performing team of skilled software developers and devops engineers in designing, managing, and developing the build system infrastructure for our unique large-scale software stack in the hard core of our automated vehicle software development.
The multidisciplinary project based on the cutting-edge emerging open-source technology of Bazel for highly scalable and extremely optimized SW builds on top of our large scale software stack including DL training and deployment projects, real time embedded software, operation systems, compilers and more.
What will your job look like:
Working closely with RnD teams to ensure that the build system infrastructure is secure, reliable, and easily scalable.
Building a strong echo system and infrastructure on the server side to ensure proper monitoring and debugging.
Optimizing build times using cutting-edge distributed systems and caching technologies.
Troubleshooting build issues and provide guidance on best practices for build system management.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Bazel build system and suggest improvements to the existing build infrastructure.

Requirements:
BSC/ MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in managing software infrastructure development teams, preferably on complex projects.
Experience in designing, developing, and managing large-scale distributed systems strong advantage
Experience in Bazel build system strong advantage
Strong understanding of software build, packaging, and deployment processes and best practices
Knowledge in C/C++ and Python
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
