Nonprofit organization seeks a talented, dedicated Donor Relations Manager to join our high-performing resource development team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about equality, an outstanding writer and a
dedicated team player. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing proposals and reports that communicate the unique value of
organization work to current and prospective donors
Documenting, framing and presenting organization impact to donors
Maintaining long-term relationships with existing donors and building
relationships with new and prospective donors through producing compelling
written assets
Serving as a valued, accountable and vocal team member, interacting
collaboratively, respectfully and proactively with diverse colleagues

B.A. degree minimum and previous professional experience in a similar role
Outstanding writing skills and a love of writing
Integrity and a high degree of responsibility, detail-orientation and
thoroughness
A high degree of responsiveness, is quick, able to multitask, and adept at
balancing multiple assignments at once
Openness to direction and constructive feedback
