Responsible for supporting the Inception (Startup) Program in Israel
Identify startups as candidates for the Inception Program and recruit them
Initiate, participate and drive ecosystem events to recruit Inception members via various marketing activities
Support startups to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs
Work closely with cross functional team, both technical and non-technical, including Inception Partner Managers, Solutions Architects, Sales and Marketing teams for mutual success

Requirements:
BA
Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in related fields such as startups, Tech ecosystem or VCs management
Strong project management skills
Ability to engage with ecosystem partners and jointly plan/drive startup recruitment marketing activities
Passion for ecosystem development and thrive in dynamic environment with technical members
Excellent communication skill is an essential requirement. Candidates must work comfortably with startups, partners and various internal & external teams
GenAI, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence experience is a plus
