Define R D team strategy and methodologies, optimizing the work process and efficiency, with
direct responsibility for R D objectives and KPIs.
Connect the dots between technology and business and be responsible for executing both long
and short-term delivery, emphasizing rapid iteration, quick time-to-market, and cross-functional
collaboration to improve outcomes, processes, and user feedback continuously.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and
research methodologies relevant to the organization's field of operation.
Engage and collaborate with outsource partners to strengthen team professionalism and
product quality
Make decisions based on quantitative, qualitative, and competitive data.
4+ years of experience as Director of R D in a growing startup company
or as a R D manager in a global public/private company
Experience delivering complex, large-scale B2B products
Deep understanding of R D built for enterprise SaaS offering
Full Stack development experience - advantage to Node.js, React
A can do mentality and mindset, and a hands on approach
