Strategy and Planning: Chart out a robust strategy for the network domain that dovetails with our overarching objectives and the evolving cybersecurity milieu.
Technical Expertise: Offer seasoned guidance on all matters network-related, ensuring solutions are both cutting-edge and compliant with industry best practices.
Continuous Innovation: Drive continuous enhancement in methodologies and practices, nurturing a culture of relentless innovation and learning.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage actively with diverse units, from product design to market strategy, ensuring the network solutions are attuned to both market demands and customer needs.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Systems or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in engineering teams, with a specialization in network systems being a marked advantage
At least 3 years in a Group Manager (leading team leaders) or equivalent senior leadership position.
Demonstrable expertise in network solutions, from conceptualization to deployment
A proven track record in visionary leadership, strategic planning, and successful project delivery
