Lead Product Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision for us, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals.
Drive Product Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that addresses customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Manage Product Portfolio: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring a cohesive and market-leading portfolio.
Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
Collaborate closely with R&D to translate market trends, customer feedback, and strategic goals into detailed product requirements and actionable roadmaps (Feeding the R&D Beast).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, incorporating their feedback into the product roadmap.
Thought Leadership: Represent us as a thought leader in the product security space, speaking at industry events and contributing to relevant publications.
Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key product performance metrics, providing regular updates to the executive team and key stakeholders.
