Tech Lead

Requirements:
High Proficiency in C++ over Linux.
Strong experience and understanding of system architecture, design patterns, data structures , multi threaded environment.
Conflict resolution and facilitating team collaboration.
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a high motivation to support.
Time and resource management prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workloads.

Experience and Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Mandatory.
Over 5 years of software development experience on C++ Mandatory.
Experience and knowledge in network protocols Mandatory.
Team leadership or mentoring experience Mandatory.
