Junior Sales Operations- Student

This is a unique opportunity to grow within a small marketing team in one of Israel’s largest hedge funds.

Key Activities:
* Assist the fund’s marketing managers in daily activities to support potential and existing investors in ION’s funds
* Keep the fund’s CRM software updated with new and existing investor information
* Periodically review and update the fund’s investor information
* Coordinate roadshows, meetings, and calls by working with the team on upcoming schedules
* Prepare presentations and other marketing materials
* Assist the marketing team in tracking the lifecycle of a potential investment from initiation to subscription
* Assist in certain investor requests including fund data analysis and Due Diligence Questionnaires
* Assist with internal and external event planning logistics
* Provide backup support to the marketing team members

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Highly proficient in Hebrew and English (at mother tongue level), including speaking, reading and writing skills
* High attention to details
* Service-oriented
* Team player
* Ability to work independently and learn on-the-go
* Comfortable with working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
