We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, reporting through our Platform Software organization, to support mission-critical services, systems, and infrastructure tailored for building, testing, and releasing our automotive software.
As a Tech Lead, you will interact with team members as well as with most of our departments to develop a state-of-the-art automation system based on a thorough understanding of product behavior.
What your job will look like?
Build and construct the CI process, automation tools, build system, infrastructure, and solutions of the organization.
Continually develop, maintain, and improve these CI/CD/automation tools, processes, and procedures
Lead and mentor the automation and CI team through architecture definition, design documentation and code reviews.
Work closely with development and integration teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Acquire a good understanding of the business and technical requirements of our products.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development roles (mid-to-large-scale environments)
Previous experience as a team lead/tech lead a big advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Linux environment
Excellent knowledge and experience in Python (Bash, Ruby, Perl, Groovy - an advantage)
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and drive solutions within and outside the team.
Experience with writing, designing, testing, and documenting.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
