What You’ll Do:

Taking full ownership of designing, implementing, deploying, and maintaining existing and new data pipelines and performance at scale, by using cloud-based tools in a cloud-based infrastructure.
Create a tech roadmap for pipeline performance, data architecture, managing storage, assessing performance, and budget limitations, and much more.
Work with different stakeholders to design and develop system features.
Owning EX.CO's data solution consumes and processes billions of events every day
Build, test, and deploy new DAGs by using the latest data stack on top of AWS & GCP.
Implementing DAGs to generate new business value out of the collected data while analyzing performance, correctness and value.
Build dashboards and reports to internal users for self-service data analysis
Hands-on work on our core data infrastructure, tools, and automation.
Take part in POCs and innovation for new technologies, databases, tools, and services that can significantly push the division's goals.

What We’re Looking For:

BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering / related quantitative field or massive experience, with a focus on data or associated fields.
2 years of experience in designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions.
Skilled in translating business requirements into working data systems — from system analysis through data pipelines to dashboarding
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data orchestration tools (especially Apache Airflow)
Proficient in working with various types of databases: relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.), Columnar (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.)
Strong SQL expertise, including performance tuning and use of advanced analytical functions
Proficient with version control systems such as Git
Solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve data-related issues efficiently

Advantages:

Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms
Proficiency in additional programming languages, including Node.js, Go, and others
Experience with data streaming and near real-time data processing
Experience with Python programming for data processing
Knowledge of big data technologies such as AWS Kinesis, Athena, Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Exposure to machine learning concepts and frameworks for data analysis and predictive modeling
