What were looking for We are seeking a talented Global Facilities Manager to join our team in Hod Hasharon, Israel. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our office facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This role requires managerial skills, leading a global team. What youll do
* Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Hod Hasharon office and other Allot global facilities.
* Lead and manage a facilities and administration team, ensuring effective collaboration.
* Manage vendors and contractors.
*  Be responsible for the multi-million facility budget.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Develop operational policies and procedures (cellular, leasing, meals, etc.) and ensure they are implemented appropriately
* Optimize space utilization and plan for future needs. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and refurbishments.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Implement sustainability initiatives and crisis management plans.
* Ensure a high Employee Experience and high level of services.
