- Managing a team of Board Design engineers - recruitment, training and development of team members, task allocation, guidance, mentoring, conflict management, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.
- Leading the development of electronic cards for new products and TEST equipment up to transfer to production.
- Knowledge management and professional leadership.
- Managing the hardware development process, defining methodology.
- Multi-disciplinary professional leadership of electronics development in new product development projects.
- Technical Support on electronic card issues to various departments in the company: other development groups, procurement and supplier development, customer service, production, engineering and integration, marketing, and business development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or another relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in card design and development
- 3+ years of managerial experience
- In-depth knowledge of relevant hardware development tools and technologies
- Deep understanding of design processes, development and production, and testing of hardware products
- Experience in managing complex projects, setting goals, budgets, and timelines - an advantage.
