Responsibilities::
What can you expect to be doing? You will be taking on a significant role that requires implementing working technical writing and project management skills and experience to create, maintain and enhance documentation through cross-functional collaboration. This includes the following: Working closely with the Product Managers, R&D, technical account & support managers, customer success, and other SMEs to solicit the technical information, requirements, and specifications during all phases of development and to effectively and concisely document the relevant instructions/procedures for multiple projects Preparing and maintaining multiple documentation projects as well as monitor and control project statuses Participating in product demos, sprints, and review meetings. Initiating and managing the end-to-end review and approval process for all content development from draft phase to completion to meet milestone timelines. Analyzing and review existing content to identify opportunities for efficient re-use of content to as well as collaborate with SMEs to further enhance and improve on consistency and accuracy of all technical documentation Identifying and predict customer needs to facilitate reduced support cases through self-serve support provided via the documentation
