As a Legal Counsel, you will be handling various legal matters of company entities worldwide: Israel, US, UK, Japan, Australia and France.
You will work closely and directly with different teams and stakeholders, providing business-oriented legal services.
This position is based in company's HQ in Kfar Saba, and reports to the General Counsel.
Hybrid work model.
As part of your role you will:
- Provide legal support to company entities worldwide.
- Work closely across multiple departments such as sales and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters.
- Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements. - Create and maintain standard templates.
- Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate and build valuable relationships across the company, including with outside counsels in multiple jurisdictions.
- Support, implement and improve internal processes and procedures, including compliance.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments and projects.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience at the technology, commercial or M&A department of a prominent law firm or as in-house legal counsel in a multi-national technology company.
- English: full professional proficiency level, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant experience in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements.
- Strong organizational skills, resourceful, hands-on and proactive approach, business-oriented and technology avid.
- Self-starter and able to work well independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with cross-functional teams, service-oriented, "can-do" attitude.
- Can prioritize, multitask, and follow through on a high volume of client requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to oversee the big picture while observing details.
- LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar. Advantages:
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, licensing and service agreements.
- Knowledge of global data protection regulations.
