Software Backend Engineering Manager (Cortex XSOAR)

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the Cortex XSOAR backend engineering group. Our group is focused on developing, innovating and scaling the Cortex XSOAR product, along with contributing to shared Cortex infrastructures and components.
We are seeking a highly motivated team leader with experience in building large-scale products. We value a can-do attitude and passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate will be capable of technically leading and innovating, someone from whom we can learn, and a great team member with whom we'll enjoy working.
Your Impact:
End to end responsibility for the backend development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
You will be leading a team, ​​mentor and support team members to grow to be better professionals
You will drive ideas and initiatives, leading them from concepts to production
Work closely with peers across different teams and disciplines to shape solutions and integrate with other parts of the product
