We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development of one of our key revenue-driving products: Business Messages.
This highly influential role will significantly impact the success and roadmap of the product.
What you will do:
Primary Mission:
Lead the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio, specifically focused on developing tools tailored to drive revenue and adoption of the service.
This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of messaging, and the value it brings from a commercial perspective.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define the product direction and strategy for Business Messages.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the Units goals and the unique needs of businesses.
Customer Facing / Sales Interface Responsibility:
- Engage with customers, partners, and the sales team to understand business needs, pain points, and priorities.
- Inform Product Strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Business Messages, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities specific to small businesses.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating insights into product planning and development processes.
Financial Accountability:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to small business solutions to assess product performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
